All sales are considered final in accordance with our policies. Neighbor Hood Exotic permits exchanges for defective items, including batteries and faulty cartridges. Additionally, we offer a full refund policy.
Delivery
Patients and their appointed primary caregivers who possess a valid medical registry identification card.
Non-residents are permitted to purchase medical marijuana provided they meet the following criteria:
Present a valid, unexpired medical ID card, a functional equivalent, or an approval letter issued by a state or jurisdiction outside of our store.
Provide a valid government-issued ID card from another state.
Complete a declaration for non-resident medical marijuana use.
You are permitted to have additional passengers in the vehicle, provided they are 21 years of age or older. However, if there is a minor under the age of 21 present, we will not be able to process your order, and you will be required to exit the premises.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a notification via text indicating that your order is ready for collection. When you arrive, kindly notify our front desk staff at check-in that you are there to pick up your order, allowing you to bypass the line.
Recreational Marijuana
We offer the convenience of online payments through Apple Pay, PayPal, Bitcoin, and Zelle. These methods are available for your ease of transaction.
Entry to Neighborhood Exotic Dispensary and the ability to make a purchase do not require a valid government-issued ID.
Consumers are permitted to use marijuana exclusively on private property. According to Clark County regulations, the possession and use of marijuana products are not allowed on gaming establishments.
An individual may acquire a maximum of 1 ounce of marijuana flower or up to 3,500 milligrams of THC in either concentrate or edible formats.
It is important to recognize that individuals have varying thresholds for tolerance. It is advisable to begin with a modest dose, approximately 10 milligrams of THC in edible form. Keep in mind that while you can always increase your intake, you cannot decrease it once consumed. Curbside/In-Store Pick Up
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a text with a link, informing you that your order is ready for pick up. Upon arrival, please stay in your vehicle and click the link in the text to fill out your vehicle information so our staff can locate you.
Curbside pickup is available 24/7.
Yes, you may have others in the vehicle so long as they are 21 years of age and older. If you have a minor under the age of 21 in your vehicle, we will be unable to complete your order and you will be asked to leave the premises.
